Practice Opportunities

ASOPRS is pleased to provide the following practice opportunities information.  Please contact the individual institutions/offices directly.

Denver Oculofacial Plastics Practice Opportunity

This solo practice has been established in the community for 34 years.  Adjacent to Porter Hospital, we enjoy strong referral support from over 80 regional colleagues.

The practice performs over 350 cases per year, generating $600K in net collections, working 3.5 days per week. The practice is currently yielding a pre-tax physician annual income of c. $440K.  Excellent staff are expected to stay on post-transaction.

Looking for a compatible, well-trained, progressive new owner.  Successful candidates for ownership should have completed an ASOPRS fellowship and be an ASOPRS member. My ideal plan would be to sell 100% of the practice and shift  to part-time employee status effective January, 2016.  However, I am flexible and willing to accelerate or push back this timeline for the right buyer.

Ownership in a well-run and profitable ambulatory surgery center located next door is possible.
