Finance Committee
Purpose
To develop, implement, and oversee the annual budget and financial policies.
Primary Responsibilities
- Develop and propose the annual budget to the Board.
- Oversee the annual budget.
- Develop and propose financial policies to the Board.
- Oversee annual audit or review and 990 (tax) filing.
- Oversee the publishing contract for the Journal.

Terms
Chair and members serve during their time in Office.
Time Commitment
5-10 hours per year.
